A baby cot and a high chair are also available. Air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms. The property is situated in a very quiet and residential area. No parties are allowed, and loud music is not permitted after 11:00 p.m. An additional cleaning fee may apply if garbage is not properly collected or disposed of in the designated area before check-out. Four parking spaces are available on the property. One pet is allowed. Smoking is only permitted outside, and celebrating events is not allowed. The property offers homemade or homegrown produce. Guidelines are provided to help guests with correct waste separation, and more information is available on site. The property features energy-saving lighting, and electricity is partly generated by photovoltaic panels. A convenient self check-in system is available. Please note that governmental water regulations may be in place during your visit, which could impact the use of the pool, garden watering, or limit tap water usage.
